Welcome to the Divers Arms, Herne Bay

A traditional pub overlooking Herne Bay seafront

Welcome to the Divers Arms

The Divers Arms, as the name suggests, has a feel reflecting its maritime heritage and its position right on the seafront - just look for the clocktower!

It was built in early Victorian days, allegedly on the proceeds of a smuggler and one of the first divers. Today an old brass diving helmet (first invented in neighbouring Whitstable) is one of the several fascinating nautical artefacts and local memorabilia on display.

Freshly cooked home-style food, with an emphasis on quality and value for money, is served every day and bookings on Sundays are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

Real ale old style pub with amazing food and uber friendly staff. Really really really enjoyed our visit. If your lucky enough to be there when the young lad plays the piano you're in for a real treat. Well done The Divers Arms
